At Platoon.pk, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:
1. Exchange Only – No Cash Refunds
We do not offer refunds in cash or monetary form. If you're not satisfied with your product, you may exchange it for another item of equal value, subject to availability.
2. Return Window
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
3. Product Condition
Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted for exchange.
4. Return Shipping Charges
The cost of returning the item to us will be borne by the customer. Platoon.pk is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred while sending the product back.
5. How to Request an Exchange

6. Non-Exchangeable Items
Items marked as final sale, custom-made, or personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
